When was the last time you did a full numerical review? When you see your company as math, everything changes. You can quantify and measure every aspect and activity. As the leader, you no longer make simple emotional decisions but rather calculate and test everything. Understanding the numbers makes it easier to see potential frustrations before they happen and plan and prepare for an ever-changing market.
